Unjustly imprisoned in the U.S. for nearly 15 years!

The Cuban Five are Five Cuban revolutionaries who are unjustly imprisoned in the United States after being arrested by the FBI on Sept. 12, 1998 and convicted in U.S. courts in Miami in 2001, for defending the Cuban Revolution from violent attacks planned on U.S. soil. They are Gerardo Hernández, Ramón Labañino, Antonio Guerrero Fernando González and Rene González. The Five were framed up by the U.S. government of committing espionage conspiracy against the United States, and other related charges. They received draconian sentences from 15 years to two-life terms plus 15 years. With Fernando Gonzalez and Rene Gonzalez both free, it’s time to re-double out efforts to secure the freedom of Antonio Guerrero, Gerardo Hernandez and Ramon Labañino!

Support for their freedom is growing on every continent, and is especially important in the United States. Join the fight to free the Cuban 5!

The rally on June 7th is at 1pm in front of the White House is part of the “5 Days for the Cuban 5″ in Washington, D.C., initiated by the International Committee for the
Freedom of the Cuban Five.
